build up in Abkhazia

Leader of the
so-called Abkhazian Government in exile in Tiflis, Tamaz Nadareishvili
claimed that Russia had built up its military presence in Abkhazia prior
to the 11/9 Sochi speech of Vladimir Putin, the Russian President.
Speaking to journalists
on 12/9 Nadareishvili said that Russia was already building its military
presence before the 11 September Putin order to escalate the tension against
Georgia with terror vocabulary. "Thousands of Russian soldiers are
in Abkhazia now." said Nadareishvili.
