Two young Chechens are seized by Russian military criminals in Staropromislov
district of Grozny, yesterday. Eyewitnesses said that masked and
armed military men attacked on the young men and took them away
to an unknown fate.

Georgian citizens in South Ossetia get passports

Current Georgian Administration is carrying hard work to lure more
participation to the 4 January 2004 presidential election in Georgia.
Georgian leadership wishes South Ossetia participation in the elections.
What they mean by participation iю the some Georgian villages in
South Ossetia. Administrator of those villages Nodar Kochishvili
stated that these villages compose of 8 election districts and voter
number is 4,650. Their participation willingness earned them passports
from Georgia.

| Ingush Agriculture Ministry robbed Saturday

Russian Interfax news agency reports that a large sum of money is
stolen from the Ingush Agriculture Ministry on Saturday morning.
Two armed robbers wearing masks gained access to the ministry's
building at around 4 a.m. on Saturday. They tied the guard and carried
a metal safe out of the building. Police are trying to determine
the amount of money in the safe. This is a second bold robbery in
Ingushetia in two days. Three unidentified gunmen raided the Ingush
Ministry of Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism at around 2 p.m. on
Friday. The attackers killed an accountant and fled carrying roughly
200,000 rubles.
