The people of Adyghea in the Russian Federation had great expectancies from election of Hazret Sovmen to presidency of the poorest republic in the Russian Federation. The last year and a half practices of Sovmen Administration has not improved the living conditions and rather a setback is the case with crisis in the economy. The Federal Government in Moscow now considers The Adyghea as one of the bankrupt regions.

DEBTS

Hazret Sovmen

Siberian ties of Sovmen delayed his grasp of The Administration for about a month and that short time was enough for the former administration to bind the state with considerable bank credits. Sovmen Administration took over 7 billion rubles of debt from the outgoing administration. Sovmen Administration also had to face the cold fact that the bureaucrats of the former administration kept loyalty with their clique and did everything possible to trip the foot of the new administration. This bureacratic clique continues its complicity to obstruct the reform efforts of President Sovmen. The deadly foe of the former President Aslan Carimov was The Slavs Union and their current tactic is to use him against the new administration. Parliament Speaker Anatoly Ivanov seems to incite The Parliament against anything pozitive by the Sovmen Administration. Republic's budget block at the Parliament has developed into an economy crisis.

IVANOV AND SLAVS UNION

Hazret Sovmen's political presence in Adyghea spoiled the calculations of a many political aspirants and the particular sufferer being The Slavs Union, they lost their chances in presidential and in local elections. Vengeance schemes of Slavs Union included their tactic against the former President Aslan Carimov. The new President Hazret Sovmen exhibited his entrepreneurial skills to activate the decaying economy and his efforts would improve the quality of life in Adyghea but that's exactly what the Slavs Union was against. A better life in Adyghea would deprive the Slavs Union from playing their last card. Alarmed Slavs Union instructed their men in Parliament to bust the reformist efforts of Sovmen Administration. Slavs Union also employed all of the modern communication means and carried a dirty propaganda against the team of President Sovmen. Administrative powers of Sovmen are blocked with Parliament intrigues and eavesdropped The Adyghea debts into the agenda of Moscow. Federal laws consider it bankruptcy if the debt goes beyond %30 of the budget. An automatic Federal Administrator take over will then regulate the economy. This scheme of Ivanov team tried to coup d'etat the Sovmen Administration but they failed because of the backing from Russian President Vladimir Putin. President Putin believes that Sovmen's skills can save The Republic from economic crisis.

Parliament Speaker by Court order

An Ivanov perpetration had grasped the post of Parliament Speaker from Muharbi Tharkakuwa. The High Court decided in favor of Muharbi Tharkakuwa and Members of Parliament re-elected him to the post of Parliament Speaker. Anatoly Ivanov is kicked out with a two thirds majority vote from The Speaker's post. Anatoly Ivanov now accuses the Members of Parliament with conspiracy backed by President Sovmen. Ivanov employed media propaganda against the democratic procedure and it seems that President Hazret Sovmen now understands that entrepreneurial skills are not enough to govern and political experience is needed. Sovmen initially had backed Ivanov and installed him to the Speaker's post but the subsequent developments had turned against him. Agency Caucasus is informed that the Members of Parliament and President Sovmen has reached an agreement to cooperate. On the other hand, President Sovmen has conceded to work with the men of former President. This can be interpreted as "selecting one of the two evils." In politics only the ends matter, is once again the hard fact. Agency Caucasus
