rain in Dagestan, Yellow rain in Kabardino-Balkaria

Kabardino-Balkaria
in the Russian Federation is experiencing the same anxieties as did the
Dagestan People for salty rain precipitation. Yellow color stains and
dust result of precipitation in Kabardino-Balkaria is causing concern
among the citizens of The Republic and among the officials as well. The
case is reviewed in Parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria as well. Environment
Minister Igor Ivanov confirmed the anxieties and stated that the precipitation
is investigated by the specialists. Deputy Parliament Speaker Ludmila
Fedchenko stated that this dust can be from desert. Miss. Fedchenko is
also a professional in meteorology phenomena. Agency
