European Parliament in Strasbourg got the last book of Stanley Greene.
The last book of the American photograph, Mr Stanley Greene: "Open
wound - Chechnya 1994 - 2003" published by Trolley, with a preface
of Mr Andre Glucksmann. The presentation of this dramatic document
on the current war in Chechnya took place at the presence of M. Stanley
Greene on Wednesday 14 January 2004 in front of the Press Room at
European Parliament. Presentation is initiated by Mr Bernd Posselt,
member of the European Parliament (EPP) and Chairman of the German
section of the Pan-European Union, Mr Karl von Habsburg, former MEP.

Chechen refugee Dr. Khamzat Usmayev is abducted
in Ingushetia

Dr. Khamzat Usmayev, born in 1952 is abducted by Russian military
criminals in the village of Pliyevo in Ingushetia's Nazran District
on 12 January. Armed and masked Russian military criminals took
Usmayev to an unknown fate. The kidnapped man is known in Chechnya
and Ingushetia as a doctor and masseur. In autumn 1999, his family
fled to the Troitskaya village in Ingushetia's Sunzha District from
Chechnya. In the village of Pliyevo, Khamzat Usmayev rented a house
and was massaging everyone who wanted. What was the reason for Usmayev's
abduction is unknown. Nothing is known about his whereabouts and
fate. International Helsinki Federation accused the Russian Services
for abduction of physical therapy practitioner in Ingushetia. Executive
Director of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights
Aaron Rhodes addressed an open letter to Prosecutor of the Republic
of Ingushetia Magamet Belkhoroev in connection with the abduction
of Dr Khamzat usmayev, a popular physical therapy practitioner.
Open letter detailed the information by the victim's family and
demanded the immediate release of Dr. Khamzat Usmayev.

| Russian military criminal activity in Pervomayskaya

A resident of Pervomayskaya village by Grozny is killed by bomb
explosion on 12 January 2004. The explosion took place near the
Russian military post. Russian military invaders' 8 January 2004
"Cleansing" had abducted 3 innocent civilians from this
village. "Cleansing" means to kill the innocent civilians
in Russian military understanding. One of the victims is Abubakarov.
Their fate is unknown.

Russian military invaders attacked to the house of Isak Khazhbakhmadov
on Molodyozhnaya Street in Prigorodnoye by Grozny, the capital city
of Chechnya on the 10th of January 2004. A civilian from a house
next door is also in Russian hands. Their fate is unknown.

Russian military invaders continue their criminal activities in
Vedeno region in Chechnya. Russian military criminals seized 4 innocent
civilians from Vedeno on the 10th of January 2004 and took them
to an unknown fate. All of the 4 victims are under the age of 30
years.
